Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
Abousley we have a 24 hour emergency line, also all of our office phones are connected to our cell phones. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes we offer ACH “Direct Deposit” as well as by mail. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes you may view the lease if you request to, your property manager will execute your lease for you on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We exclusively do property management, but we have wonderful realtors we will refer -
How and when do I get my checks?
We get our payments out to owners by the 11th of the month either check or ACH. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can either pay online, mail, or drop off. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically we do year leases, we can also do 6 month or month to month as well. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits range from 1 months rent to 2 times the amount this is based on risk and other key factors. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start managing your rental right away we can get you inputted within a few days. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties single family homes, condos, duplexes, comercial, mobile homes -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a monthly statement as well as an end of year statement for taxes. We also provide a full inspection report of your property yearly through appfolio. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Either owner or MVPM at your request, we do require a reserve amount for repairs and so forth.
